In his eighth overall year with the Tigers, Mike Dalgety was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Affairs in October of 2008. Dalgety is responsible for the day-to-day business and financial operations within Pacific athletics.

Before taking over as the Assistant Athletics Director for Internal Affairs, Dalgety handled a number of critical compliance areas as Director of Compliance from 2006-08. Working closely with Pacific athletics administration and coaching staffs, Dalgety will retain oversight of athletic financial aid in his new role.

Prior to taking over Compliance for the Tigers, Dalgety served as the Assistant Director of Athletic Media Relations from 1998-2000 and from 2002-05. Dalgety's service to Pacific was interrupted as he left Pacific for academic pursuits in both 2000 and 2005. He completed his Master's degree in library science from the University of Arizona in 2004. Dalgety earned his bachelor's degree in sports sciences from Pacific in 1997 and is currently working towards his doctorate in higher education administration at Pacific.
