On June 15, 2011, Chris Lynn joined Pacific Athletics and began his duties as Assistant Director of Athletics for Annual Giving, overseeing the Pacific Tigers Athletics Association (PTAA), athletics special events, and assisting with annual giving initiatives for Pacific's 16 intercollegiate athletics teams.
Chris came to Pacific after spending the previous three years as the Assistant Director for Athletic Development for the Miner Athletic Club at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). While at UTEP, Chris oversaw the annual spring Fund Drive and managed over 100 volunteers who collectively helped the Miner Athletic Club to raise an additional $130,000 in new cash in 2010.
Prior to joining UTEP in August 2008, Chris spent two years working in the Athletic Department at the University of Kentucky, one year at UC Berkeley as an intern, and two years as a student assistant/intern at his undergraduate alma mater, the University of Louisville. Chris completed his master's degree in sport management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in December of 2011.
Chris and his wife Kimberly currently reside in Stockton, Calif.
