Torchio delivered an RBI single to right center to tie the game at 3-3 and chase Urban. Christopher dropped down a bunt single on the first pitch from LHP Mark Winkelman. After Drongesen singled to third to load the bases, Winkelman walked sophomore C Jason Taasass to give Pacific the lead.

In the sixth, redshirt 1B Erik Lockwood singled to right center and Simms followed with an RBI double to left center. Torchio then followed with an RBI double to right to plate Simms. After another Christopher sacrifice, Riley doubled to right for the third run of the inning. RHP Chase Webb was summoned from the Bluejay bullpen and caught a break when Drongesen ripped a line drive to third that was snared by Chance Ross.

The Tigers added two more in the eighth off RHP Mark Lukowich, as Christopher beat out a bunt single, Riley added an RBI double to center and Drongesen doubled down the left field line.
