High School:
A graduate of Patick Henry HS in San Diego, Calif., Meth proved to be one of the top amateur golfers in the country during his prep career, not only in high school events but also on the amateur golf circuit.  Showing off his talents against some of the world's best, Meth took home one of the biggest championships in his young career with a win at the Aaron Baddeley International Junior Championships during the summer of 2011.  The victory gave him automatic exemptions into the Australian Open and the JBWere Masters, Australia's premier Championship tournaments.  In addition to his championship championship at the junio world tournament, Meth took home four other junior amateur titles throughout his time in high school.  On the high school links, Meth was a two-time Eastern League Player of the Year and three time team MVP and three-time first team all-league golfer during his three varsity seasons.

Byron Meth is the son of Carrie and Simon Meth.  He has one older sister, Halli.  Byron is a business administration major in his first year at Pacific.
