2009-10 (Sophomore):
The second year Tiger played a huge role for Pacific during the 2009 fall semester, helping the team to a win at the Bill Cullum Invitational as well as a career-best seventh place finish at the Del Walker just days before. Garcia's 73.0 scoring average is fourth on the team heading into the spring semester. He is fourth on the team with five rounds at par or better including a 209 at the Del Walker.

2008-09 (Freshman):
Garcia saw collegiate action in his first tournament of the year, posting rounds of 78-75-83 at the William Tucker Invitationa.

Amateur:
His year was highlighted by 73-71 at the Sacramento County Championship. He qualified for the State Fair in that tournament. He also shot rounds of 65 at Brookside and 66 at the Reserve at Spanos Park. Garcia played in the Stockton City Four Ball, shooting a 69-73 as well as the Sacramento City Championship in June. He finished his summer with a 75-76 at DeLavega in August at the Santa Cruz City.

High School:
Garcia played his high school golf under former Pacific standout Ernie Segale at St. Mary's. Danny was named the Charles Washington Golfer of the Year in 2007 and 2008 and Athlete of the Month in July 2007.
