2005 (Sophomore): Playing her first season in the Orange and Black, Gennaka saw action in 10 of Pacific's 20 games. In her first action of the season, Fox netted her first goal for the Tigers in their 3-1 win over Fresno State on September 9. On the season, Gennaka tallied three shots taking a solo shot against San Diego State and UC Irvine to go along with her goal against Fresno State. Previous School (Oregon): Fox saw action for the Ducks in eight contests, taking three shots on the season, Gennaka netted one goal, scoring the Ducks lone goal against No. 13 Cal on Oct. 31. High School: Gennaka attended South El Monte High School in El Monte, Calif., where she was a four sport letterwinner. On the soccer field, Gennaka was a four-time team MVP and All-Mission Valley League First Team selection. In addition to soccer, Fox spent three seasons on the track and field team where she competed in the 400, 300 hurdles, long jump and triple jump. When not on the track, Gennaka was a two-time cross country MVP and also spent one season as the catcher for her school's softball team. Club Team: Fox was a starter for Crown City's U-19 team that won the California state club championship. Personal: Born in Whittier, Calif., she is the daughter of Rick and Grace Fox. Gennaka has one older brother, Ryan. She plans to graduate with a degree in sport sciences.
