Sophomore (2010-11):
Wyant was recognized as an All-MPSF Academic selection. At the 2011 MPSF Championships, she placed 23rd in both the 100 Fly (59.10) and 100 Back (1.00.71) and was a member of the 200 Medley Relay (1:44.12), 200 Free Relay (1:35.69), and 400 Medley Relay (3:50.56) teams that finished fifth, seventh, and eighth, respectively. Wyant claimed the top time in the 100 Back (1:00.00) at the Tri Meet on Jan. 22, and helped the Tigers defeat Cal State Bakersfield with a pair of fourth-place finishes in the 100 Back (1:02.06) and 50 Free (25.64) on Oct.30.
Freshman (2009-10):
Wyant finished ninth in the 200 Back (2:11.17) and 12th in both the 100 Fly (58.82) and 100 Back (58.94) at the 2010 Big West Championships. She touched the wall first in the 50 Free (25.71) against Seattle U on Oct. 30. In the Tri Meet on Nov. 21, Wyant was clocked at 25.66 in the 50 Free, good for first place.
Redmond HS (‘09):
Wyant graduated from Redmond High School in Redmond, Wash. Her team’s captain and MVP as a senior, she placed fourth at state in the 100 Fly and seventh in the 100 Back. Wyant finished 12th at state in the 50 Free as a sophomore.
Personal:
Wyant was born in Redmond, Wash., and is the daughter of Ellen and Greg Wyant. She has an older sister, Elle, and an older brother, Gregory. Wyant is majoring in theater arts and graphic design, and enjoys playwriting, acting, and photography.
