High School:
Hayley graduated from Oaks Christian High School in Westlake Village, Calif. Shillington earned All-American honors 2009 and was named the Lions MVP from 2008-10. Additionally she was an all-county selection from 2008-10 and was named the Tri-Valley League Swimmer of the Year from 2009-10.

Personal:
Hayley was born in Thousand Oaks, Calif., and is the daughter of Sandra and Todd Shillington. During her free time she enjoys going to the beach and hanging out with friends. In her first year at Pacific, Haley is majoring in sports management.
