PAF Surpasses Fund Drive Goal

The Pacific Athletic Foundation (PAF) is excited to announce a successful seven-week Fund Drive finishing at $74,019 in new cash donations, surpassing the goal of $50,000! The annual Fund Drive wrapped up last week and included new cash donations, combined with renewals, bringing the total overall cash raised to $235,000. This was achieved with the support from volunteers, staff, and members of the community.
The overall cash donations goal for the PAF is to reach $425,000 by June 30, 2019. Combined with the $235,000 Fund Drive cash currently raised, the PAF will look to reach the goal through new and renewed premium ticket contributions and cash donations, Orange & Black Ball net profits, and sport-specific donations. All funds raised will be placed into the Impact Fund then reinvested back in the Department with a focus on impacting the lives of Pacific student-athletes.
As part of the seven-week Fund Drive campaign, a team and individual competition occurs among 44 volunteers who compete for prizes while assisting the PAF in securing new cash donations and PAF members. The prizes are based on the number of points earned through a variety of categories determined by the PAF with the focus on new PAF cash memberships and awards are named in honor of several prominent supporters of the Pacific Athletics family.

It was great to see members of the Pacific and Stockton community come together to help us raise $235,000, which is a great start to the 2018-19 year. Your money is going to support an outstanding group of Pacific Tiger student-athletes," said Tim Dickson, Executive Associate Athletic Director for Development.
