Pacific Drops Final Road Contest at LMU

Los Angeles, Calif. - The Pacific women's tennis team dropped a 5-2 road contest at Loyola Marymount on Saturday, April 12. The Tigers dropped to 8-12 overall, 1-6 in West Coast Conference play, while the Lions moved to 8-12 and 2-5 in WCC action.

"We started the match off strong winning at 1 and 2 doubles but weren't able to keep the momentum needed to win 3 of the singles matches today," said Head Coach Charlotte Scatliffe.

The Tigers took No. 1 and No. 2 doubles to take the doubles point. Hana Ritterova won at No. 1, but the the Lions won at No. 2, 3 and 6 singles to clinch the match.

Pacific is next in action with a home match against San Francisco on Friday, April 18 at 1:00 p.m.
