2017-2018 (Redshirt Sophomore):
Appeared in seven matches for the Orange and Black. Averaged two saves per contest with a save percentage of .452. Recorded four saves on two occasions against USC (March 25) and on the road against Concordia (Apr. 7). Also recorded a season-high three steals in a win over Azusa Pacific (March 17). 

2016-2017 (Redshirt Freshman):
Appeared in five matches, with one start, posting a 1-0 record. Recorded a season-high eight saves in 16 minutes during the second half of Pacific win against Pomona-Pitzer (Jan. 21). Played all 32 minutes in a win over Concordia (April 8) with three saves and just two goals against. Took over in goal for the final 1:38 against Stanford in the NCAA Quarterfinals (May 12), recording a save on the only shot she faced.

2015-2016 (Redshirt):
Pfaff redshirted the 2016 season.

High School
Pfaff was named the Marin County Athletic League Goalie of the Year for Justin-Siena High School in Napa, Calif. She totaled 189 saves, a single-season school record, averaging 11.1 per game. She also added 18 steals and 15 assists with five goals for the Braves, earning team Most Valuable Player honors. She helped the Braves to their first-ever playoff win.

Samantha is the daughter of Michael and Kathleten Pfaff. She intends to major in business while attending UOP.
