Martinez do Amaral brings forth a plethora of experience to the Orange and Black being part of the Brazilian national water polo team. Some of her highest accolades include playing in the Women's Water Polo World Championship held in Budapest, helping the Brazilian national team to a championship in 2014, and earning two-first place finishes in the 16 and 17U South American Games (2016, 2017). Martinez do Amaral also spent some time in Spain competing in the Spanish Championship and Catalan Championships in 2016.
The São Paulo native was the top scorer in the Brazilian Championships (2013, 2014), the top scorer in the 2016 South American games in Columbia, and was named an all-star during the 17U Brazilian Championships (2017).
Ana is the daughter of Ana and Paulo Martinez do Amaral. She has one younger sister: Ana Julia. Ana intends on pursuing a degree in Business Entrepreneruship from the Eberhardt School of Business.
